When will my order ship?

Orders are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update your order, contact us at hello@societycases.com ASAP. Once production starts, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes —we ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery times vary by location. Most orders arrive within 2–15 business days, depending on your country. Some regions may take up to 30 business days. Please check out our shipping policy.
Will I get tracking?

Tracking is provided where available. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
My address is wrong — what do I do?

Contact us ASAP. If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. Returned parcels may require a reshipping fee.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
Will I have to pay customs/duties?

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where available, meaning duties are prepaid and you won’t be charged on delivery. If DDP isn’t available for your destination/order,customs fees may be charged by your local authority upon delivery.

Returns & Issues
What’s your return/exchange policy?

Because items are made to order, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. We do offer a 30 day refund policy. Please check our Refund Policy for more info.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of it.
